Resolved Question: When acquiring an ATF Tax Stamp for a class 3 suppressor where do I obtain a CLEO signature?
I know, from a CLEO in my city/county, but I am a graduate student living in a different place where my vehicle, and DMV Driver’s License are registered. If the ATF chooses to do an inspection, where would they go? To my home where I am registered, or to my current location? What would I do after I move in a few years? Thanks for any information!

Resolved Question: Can my landlord take me to small claims court for this?
I decided to use my security deposit for last months rent (September) even tho my lease states I cannot do so without expressed written consent from my landlord. Here is why I am doing it. My landlord is insisting that I have caused damaged to her brand new dryer a few months earlier. She claims the dryer was new and in its shrink wrap when it arrived. A unit that actually allows the dryer to heat up has burned out. She thinks ) that this has happened to due to the amount of lint that has built up in the dryer over the span of 7 months. The utility company came to my home to check on my heating unit a few months earlier (before the dryer broke down) and said that the dryer wasn’t hooked up properly because it could not vent properly and could also cause carbon monoxide poisoning and was also a fire hazard. A few months later L&I (License and Inspections fire services visited my home) They stated that her oil heating unit and the gas powered dryer was a cocktail for disaster because neither unit was able to vent because there were no windows or vents leading to the outside. I did some research on my own and found that dryers do need to vent outside completely because lint will build up and cause damage to the units. My landlord used a water trap that the lint could go into while the dryer was running which I did fill and empty. I also emptied the top lint trap. I do not feel that the dryer malfunctioning is my fault at all especially since she claims the dryer was brand new. There are factory warranties you are guaranteed that cover you for the first year, this unit was gone within 7 months. What are my options? She has stated to me on several occasions she will hold me financially responsible for the unit and deduct the amount from my security deposit. What are my rights? and what are hers? Who’s fault is it and is there anyway this can be resolved without going to small claims. I have tried to reach out to my landlord before letting her know I do want to resolve this issue and she sent me a letter USPS priority mail a notice of non renewal of lease agreement. Knowledgeable respectable thoughts and opinions please. Thank you
Landlord what are you talking about? I am 100% up to date with my rent. Yes Ive fallen behind within months but they have all been paid up to date as well and with the late fee..hmm somebody should just keep their opinion to themselves.

Voting Question: If a police inspection occurs at a massage place while you are there, are you in any trouble?
I saw on the news a lot of police task force are cracking down to inspect the massage places to see any inappropriate conduct and verify current licensure of both therapists and the establishment themselves.
I knew someone who was a patron at a massage place, just coming in there for a full body massage. The patron was naked without any covering/towel during their massage and right in the middle the police come in and inspected the place. It was embarassing for them to be caught nude like that. Are nude massages legal, if there is no misconduct involved? The police just questioned him if the therapists performed or acted inappropriately and let the person go home. It turned out the therapists were licenesed, but from another state, in which their out of state license is invalid. Its not like a case of drugs where both the buyer and seller are in trouble? Would it be the same case here?
