Open Question: Can a broken a/c fan on my ford focus cause noise?
Recently while I was driving my 2002 Ford Focus ZTS DOHC, all of a sudden i heard a noise coming from under the hood. I got home and opened the hood immediately and noticed that the car was leaking water (i’m guessing through the radiator). Since the car was normally hot, I waited a while and then came back to check the fans. After manually inspecting the fans, i noticed that the A/C fan or the fan with less and bigger blades had 2 broken fan blades. Could this be causing my car to make a noise? The noise is hard to describe. It sounds like it’s making a big effort to spin and it’s spinning fast. Another quick question, is it normal for fans to break over time?? What could have caused it? Can i just replace that one fan or do I have to replace the whole thing?

Open Question: Does finding two carpet beetle larvae mean infestation?
At the end of May I moved back home from college. While in my last apartment I had problems with carpet beetles but only towards to end of my lease. After getting home I cleaned out all of my drawers and didn’t find anything in them (no evidence of beetles). I found one sweater that was in my hamper from college that was ruined from carpet beetles that I got rid of.

I also had a few tubs filled with winter clothing. I hadn’t clean it out at all but stored it in my closet. Recently I went through it and found ONE living carpet beetle larvae and ONE skin or casing. I didn’t shake out the clothes but I inspected them as I pulled them from the tub and put them immediately in the washer on HOT cycle and then in the dryer on HOT.

I’m sorta getting paranoid and just wondering. If I only found one living and one casing could it be possible these critters have just been living in there since college? Could they have begun an infestation in my closet? I haven’t noticed any damage.

I’m hoping that they just came from college and there is no more. Is this possible?

Open Question: Water like fluid is leaking from my car?
I have a 1999 Toyota corolla when I was driving on the freeway I heard some sound like something falls of so I thought water bottle from behind might have fallen down. When I reached home I checked but water bottle was on the rear seat.So I started inspecting the car from outside and I found under the front seat area some water like fluid was leaking drop by drop ( I smelled it,it was water).
Then I immediately gone to a mechanic (he is not very good mechanic) And I asked him may be because of AC ( I wasn’t sure though) and he said ‘yes you are right!!’
So, Have you seen water leakage due to AC? (It was too hot today.)
Do you think it’s normal?
@Hsiang T
I didn’t hear the water drooping sound lol ..I said I ”water bottle”.
