Resolved Question: Question about TAPS and Ghost Adventures (equipment)?
Okay, I’m starting my own paranormal research team and I’m looking into equipment, and I’m wanting to get one of the FLIR thermal imaging cameras that they use in the show. Watching them, I noticed that when they use their’s, they are able to record video from it and use it in the post-investigation analysis. So, I’m wondering…do FLIR thermal imaging cameras have a recording function built in? I also noticed that they seemed to have the FLIR connected by cable to some sort of monitor that enlarges the visual…is that just another LCD? And if the FLIR does not record things, is it the external LCD they have plugged into it what records everything?

Resolved Question: Is underwater warm blooded creatures resistant to thermal imaging cameras?
Scientific question of sorts.
If a man was mostly underwater and a FLIR camera from a helicopter were to scan the area would it be able to detect the man swimming?
I’ve heard rumor that if a man hides under a large pine tree the camera’s don’t work then either.
