Resolved Question: Isn’t a FHA home supposed to meet certain standards? What if it turns out that they were not met?
I am a first time home-owner and purchased my home about a year and a half ago I didn’t know much about houses at that time and the agent had gotten a house inspector that said everything was ok. But now that I’ve lived in the home and learned more about what to look for, I’ve found a couple things that don’t seem quite right. like a hairline crack on the wall I didn’t notice it before, but what makes it suspect to me, is that area it’s in is the only painted area of those rooms. Also one of the floors in one of the bathrooms feels like it’s become a little weak. I am not sure what to do.
