Resolved Question: where do I report this pest control guy?
I had my house inspected before purchase and was told it came with 1 year termite warranty. Unfortunately, the termites were found and I called the guy for warranty work. He came to look and said he would come back to take care of them. He did come back but there was wet soil at the time and he said he needed to come back again without saying what time he would come back.
Sine then he does not answer or come back.
I have two problem with this guy. He’s not the cone who inspected my house even though his lincense number was written on the report. The paper showed he did inspection but it was actually another guy using his license. Also I can see he didn’t want to do warranty work.
Where can I report this guy for letting someone use his license and not doing warranty work?
you shoud know BBB is a joke no business cares about.
termintes are found 4 months after wdi inspection.
