Resolved Question: what do you think about this?
ive read this somewhere before I DID NOT WRITE IT

but i love it and i want to know your opinion about it and if you agree and if not why?

I am a conservative.
This morning I was awoken by my alarm clock powered by electricity generated by the public power monopoly regulated by the U.S. Department of Energy.

I then took a shower in the clean water provided by a municipal water utility.

After that, I turned on the TV to one of the FCC-regulated channels to see what the National Weather Service of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration determined the weather was going to be like, using satellites designed, built, and launched by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

I watched this while eating my breakfast of U.S. Department of Agriculture-inspected food and taking the drugs which have been determined as safe by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

At the appropriate time, as regulated by the U.S. Congress and kept accurate by the National Institute of Standards and Technology and the U.S. Naval Observatory, I get into my National Highway Traffic Safety Administration-approved automobile and set out to work on the roads build by the local, state, and federal Departments of Transportation, possibly stopping to purchase additional fuel of a quality level
determined by the Environmental Protection Agency, using legal tender issued by the Federal Reserve Bank.

On the way out the door I deposit any mail I have to be sent out via the U.S. Postal Service and drop the kids off at the public school.

After spending another day not being maimed or killed at work thanks to the workplace regulations imposed by the Department of Labor and the Occupational Safety and Health administration, enjoying another two meals which again do not kill me because of the USDA, I drive my NHTSA car back home on the DOT roads, to my house which has not burned down in my absence because of the state and local building codes and Fire Marshal’s inspection, and which has not been plundered of all its
valuables thanks to the local police department.

And then I log on to the internet — which was developed by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Administration — and post on Freerepublic.com and Fox News forums about how SOCIALISM in medicine is BAD because the government can’t do anything right.
lol i also think you need to read the part where i said i DIDNT WRITE IT .

oh you silly person
i also never gave my opinion. but i like how everyone so far who has replied some how cant make an opinion statement.
but / thats you also. your a wild pig and im a wild pig were all wild pigs.

do you make your own water? do you get it from a well? did you pave your own roads to drive on ? build your own car? your used to the goverment providing things for you. just like the pigs are used to eating the food that person provided. this little story is america also.

now im not saying i agree or disagree with but if your going to use the wild pig story thats just means everyone is a wild pig
so basically it doesnt matter if were conservative socialist capitalist or liberals were all f*cked

Resolved Question: Have I done the right thing ending it with my girlfriend?
Im 35 with 3 kids from previous hetro relationship (long story) Ive been with my girlfriend whos 38 for almost 3 years,im her first GF and first proper relationship aswell (shes my third GF),When I met her she lived with her parents and always had.(her moms a big church goer say no more) although her father dont even know shes a lesbian and her mother dont exactly accept she moved in with me eventualy.
last year she bought an Alaskan Malamute pup and brought it to my home as it got a bit older it began distructing my house (while I spent money on new flooring and decorating),it ate my lino, chewed my kids shoes, chewed my door frames ,scrached my doors, spread mud everywhere, chewed even my window sill, dug up all my back garden so it turned into a mud pit,I kept getting stressed and urging her to rehome it she kept saying give the dog a chance it will grow out of it and promised to take it to a training class, which she never did. Most of the times she would stay up all night on the computer then have a lay in,in the morning, instead of walking it and wouldnt take it out if it was raining, shed just stick on her treadmill.
As i live in a housing association house they are now inspecting the houses and gardens and they will bill me if they see all the damage.
Then come the last straw it took a chunk out of my gas meter cupboard,as she was going down her mothers for a few days anyway I said dont ever bring that dog here again.
Then she kept on sending me texts saying im seeing someone else (after I said a friend asked me to go to the cinema) and for me to prove I love her then shel rehome the dog.She kept on and on saying things like “who is she then?”(as in im having a non existent affair)
So I just said ive had enough its over.was i right doing that?
I mean im only doing what i think is right putting my home and my childrens home first.
Yes i love her and she loves me,but i do feel im drifting from her cos the way shes acting right now.
?wolfy?
What the heck are you talking about you cannot compare “children” to “dogs” thats just darn stupid!!
I gave birth to my children my children are going to one day give me grandchildren,a dog isnt going to do it.
Her dog was taken from its mother when it was a puppy, its a pet not her child with her own blood and part of her.
Dont get me wrong dogs are lovely but they do not come first.
and besides when my girlfriend is speaking to her dog in both english and WELSH (I cant speak welsh) how the heck am im supossed to help in training it? its not going to listen to me and never did anyway.
also when she met me she knew I had kids so I can say “love me love my kids”
her dog came 2 years after we met so she cant say “love me love my dog” as she didnt have a dog when we met.
This is also for all the dog lovers reading, please note A malamute as you know is a big dog, very energetic easily bored and stubbon to train,my back garden is small not big enough for a poodle,my house is also small for a dog of that size and also my GF has got boxes everywhere and clutter as she kept buying things and also had a dream to start her own t shirt business which I let her have the small bedroom to do it in putting my own son to have a bedroom in the dining room downstairs and my other two sons in one bedroom upstairs while me and her shared the middle bedroom upstairs. So you can guess I feel pretty clausterphobic,I even have a treadmill in my living room. She even said that if she rents a “unit” to run a business in shel take the dog with her and put it in a crate while she works in the unit. She also keeps saying she has fibromialgia which is supossed to be a crippling condition so why she chose a Malamute of all breeds with her having that condition is beyond me.

Voting Question: Excuses, Excuses, Excuses…how to make a good one without saying you were sick?
So, I have honestly been sick a lot this year so I cannot tell my boss that I am sick now..it’s too much, and she probably won’t believe me. Anyway, I live on a military base, and I’m opening up a home daycare. I just went though all of my initial inspections which was annoying, but I passed with flying colors! However, now all of a sudden I was told that more military people are conducting an inspection and I have no idea what to expect, and I am just not ready for this! I am not even open yet, so I don’t know how it will work because they are checking to see if my procudures are correct, but I don’t have kids here, and I don’t want to keep my house all child proofed every second when I don’t even have kids myself. Anyway, I’m leaving for a week to visit family for xmas, and my boss called me today. I have no idea why, but I’m afraid she will tell me that they are coming to inspect within the next few days. Should I just lie, and tell her that we are leaving sooner than we really are and try to get out of this inspection that I am NOT ready for?
