Resolved Question: Why does America hate Iran? Do they hate Iran’s freedom to not be American?
America seems to have a raging hard-on for attacking Iran, but Iran refuses to give America a “legitimate enough” reason to be attacked. Unlike Israel, they do let IAEA inspectors into the country. Even Americas well patroned “Democracy Fund” and other funds couldn’t entice a decent riot and their terrorist bombing of the Iranian Honour Guard didn’t stir reaction. America must be very frustrated that Iran won’t play ball and allow themselves to be wiped out and occupied.

America has kidnapped Iranians, meddled in their politics, funded Saddam to attack them for 10 years, shot down an Iranian commercial jet, manipulated it’s leaders, constantly threatened Iran with invasions and for what? They don’t have nuclear weapons, never implied they wanted nuclear weapons, signed the anti-proliferation treaty, allow IAEA inspections, have never attacked America except for taking a few hostages and then releasing them unharmed (while America was convincing Iraq to attack them mind you). What is America’s reason for constantly picking on Iran?

Resolved Question: Should I get a new buyers agent?
I am concerned with the buyers agent I have and would like to get another. What do you think?

3 months ago I called a realtors office and starting looking at a few houses with a random buyers agent. I had to sign a contract to make an offer on a commercial fourplex. The building failed the inspection horribly and I had to walk away. The commission was a 5% split on 250k, giving my agent 10k. He was bummed and let me know about it.
After that I didn’t hear from him for a while. He kept making me wait to see if they would counter with anything that made sense. When I finally did 1 month later his attitude sucks. I told him I want forclosures and/or remodels under 150k as I am a single guy and being that I wont recover rent from other units in a single family I need to be able to afford my house. He has sent me 5 houses in 6 weeks since then. 3 of them being 250k+ single family houses that he wants me to see.

I finally had to do my own searches and contacted him and told him I wanted to see a particular house. We went, I liked it a few hours later after thinking on it, and told him I would have to see it again tomorrow to get in an offer tomorrow night, before he leaves on vacation. He said he would call the realtor and see if it was still on the market and call me back. Forclosure on market for 3 days with 2 offers. 6pm came and he sent me over alone and gave me the lockbox code because he was tired. I thought hmm seems like I could get in trouble for breaking and entering. I was uncomfortable the whole time I was there, walking around in the dark with a flashlight like a criminal. Called him when I was finished and only then he said, oh I was going to tell you, when I called the realtor he said the house is in negotiations at the moment anyway. Thanks for wasting my time man!

Anyhow, doesn’t this guy seem like a shmoe? He also talks over me which drives me nuts. I have warned him a few times about it now, but he seems to have dieareah of the mouth.

My question then is what would you do in my shoes? Does he work for me or not? He seems to think I am working for his commision. He also loves to remind me how I lost him a 10k commision.

Funny just writing this makes me wonder why I doubt myself.

So how do I get out of the contract in NC?
