Are these specs alright for playing World of Warcraft? Do i have enough RAM, a good enough processor,? Is there a better video card, motherboard, power supply? I want to play WoW on max settings, with no lag, or choppy images. If anyone would like to build me one from ibuypower.com or other places like that, fell free to do so.
Sites that ive been looking at: Falcon Northwest, WidowPC, Ibuypower.com, and Alienware. Are there any better places to buy a custom gaming computer? Thanks

Resolved Question: I have a life saving technology and need to let as many females know about this as possible whats the best way?
I have a Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging unit, what this does is look at the temperature of the outside of the human body shows us any vascular temperature abnormalities. By using this, breast exams for females can give them upwards of 6 to 7 years early detection of illnesses or diseases. I need to let as many females know about this as possible, what would be the best way to get this in front of as many females as possible. You know if you ask a female if they know of anyone who has had breast cancer, you will find that they have either had it, know someone who has had it, just diagnosed with it, or have lost many friends or family members to breast cancer. The sooner they find out about the early detection, the earlier I can help save lives. Any suggestions?
