If you are interested in my 2004 Mazda Mazda6, I must mention that it is in perfect condition, has no scratches, dings, special marks whatsoever. It has 43,158 miles and the VIN # is :1YVFP80DX45N31278. It has a clear title ready to be signed and notarized on your name.

The car is located in Perth Amboy, NJ.
The price is $2,500 and there are no other costs regarding this transaction. I am selling the car because I am in the army and my unit will be deployed to Afghanistan next month. I will buy a new one when I’ll be back home so this car needs to go.
The transaction will be closed only through a 3rd party because this way we will both be protected. My time is limited due to my job in the army so I decided to use a service from AlertPay which will serve as our 3rd escrow party in this transaction. To begin the transaction I’ll need your full name and shipping address, I will forward the details of our transaction to AlertPay and then you will receive an invoice from them. The car will be shipped insured to your location with DAS and you will have 5 days for inspection, I will pay for shipping.

Resolved Question: Has anyone experienced living in a rental that’s for sale to a new owner?
Our landlord passed away and his family is selling all his properties. The real estate agent has just viewed our 3 apartments and is putting the building up for sale now. My neighbors and I are very nervous about all this. We really don’t like the idea of all sorts of strangers entering our homes for who knows how long. It could take forever to sell anything with the economy like it is. We are in NJ and we do know that a 24 - 48 hour notice is required before bringing prospective buyers into our homes… but still…
I know that my neighbors are very nice and clean and take care of things like I do. I’m sure that they noticed during the visual inspection. We even keep the yard nice.
I’m just praying that the building will be sold with tenants included. I just dread having to move again, since I just got settled in. Any thoughts or ideas from those who went thru the same ordeal?
